Mardi Gras "Adopt-A-Cop" Donation

adopt a cop

Show your appreciation to the men and women of NOPD by donating to a special breakfast for officers during the grueling Mardi Gras season. To ensure public safety throughout parade season, NOPD officers work extremely demanding 12 hour shifts with little or no breaks. As a show of thanks for their sacrifice, Gulf Coast Bank and Trust is collecting donations to provide special breakfasts for officers in each police district.

The recommended donation amount for this event is only $5.00. Show your appreciation by completing an "Adopt a Cop" donation using the link below or by mailing a check for $5.00 to the below listed addresses. Be sure to indicate in the memo which district you would like the donation to go toward. You can also choose to make the donation to a breakfast for the Investigative Services Bureau and NOPD Academy, both of which also must work full 12 hour patrol shifts during Carnival.
